Welcome Guide Template
A welcome guide is sent to the client once they have been officially onboarded. This document makes the client feel welcomed and special when receiving a personalised guide for their project and creates a great relationship from the start.
What is included?
- A fully customisable, 9-page InDesign template file
- A section to reintroduce yourself as the designer on a more personal level
- A page to outline your brand promise to the client, once again reassuring them that they are in safe hands
- A section to recap their project, including deliverables and an outline of the process and timeline
- A section to outline your key expectations - these should be outlined in your contract, but it is good to reiterate any of the key things such as working hours here.
- A ‘next steps’ section, which guides the client on what they need to complete next and by when
