Project Proposal Template
This project proposal document provides you with the foundations to present your proposed package options to prospective clients. Including everything from an introduction to your studio, through to testimonials and faqs.
What is included?
- A fully customisable, 11-page InDesign template file
- An ‘introduction to us’ section
- A ‘what we have discussed’ section for you to outline the clients needs and goals - show the client you understand exactly what they need.
- A section to outline proposed packages, along with pages to show your process broken up and a projected timeline for the project. Two of these sections are included, however these pages can be duplicated if you need to show more package options
- ‘Ongoing Support’ page to showcase your ongoing rates for projects beyond the initial package
- A ‘hear it from our clients’ page to showcase your testimonials - let your clients words do the selling, create FOMO! This page again can be duplicated if more are needed.
- Finally, a FAQs page to answer any frequent questions that pop up at this stage.
What can it be used for?
This template can be used in place of an enquiry call, after an enquiry form has been submitted and you are aware of the package the client is interested in. Alternatively, it is a great tool to follow up enquiry calls for those needing further time to think over the project, investment and payment plans, simply to relay everything discussed in the call and present your offering to the client in a clear and professional way.
How do I use the template?
After purchase, you will receive a link to download the file (must be downloaded within 24 hours) and then you have complete access to the InDesign file containing the template. Boxes for each section are already created, so that you can simply drop in your images and add in your own content. Fonts are not outlined, meaning you can fully customise the typography to your own brand fonts and change the colours to match your brand colours also.
