A discovery questionnaire is a great tool to gain valuable information from clients, regarding their business and establishing their ‘why’ ahead of the brand design project beginning.

What can it be used for?

This template can be used in place of, or as well as, a discovery call. If your client is unable to attend a discovery call, then this is a great tool to be able to still gain valuable information needed ahead of the project. Alternatively, you can ask the client to fill out the questionnaire and then schedule a call to talk through their answers and to ask any follow up questions you may have from their response.

How do I use the template?

After purchase, you will receive a link to download the file (must be downloaded within 24 hours) and then you have complete access to the InDesign file containing the template. Interactive text boxes for each section are already created, so that you can then export the design into an interactive pdf for your client to fill out digitally. Fonts are not outlined, meaning you can fully customise the typography to your own brand fonts and change the colours to match your brand colours also.
